About Us
Founded in November 2008 by David Birch, Professor of Communication at Deakin University, our group meets each month - anyone interested in reading and discussing Catholic books and writing, or with Catholic themes, is welcome to join us.
We meet on the last Friday of the month at 7pm. Usually we meet at the Caroline Chisholm Library, Level 3, Mitchell House, corner of Elizabeth and Lonsdale Streets, Melbourne.
However, at present, due to restrictions on gatherings we are meeting remotely via Zoom. Please get in touch if you would like to participate - now might be a good time to get involved!
There is no subscription, but members are requested to subscribe to the Caroline Chisholm Library if they are able to. Each year members are invited to put forward ideas for the next reading list and to vote on the outcome.
